WITH NO CRACK ALUMINIUM COATING
Characteristics
Auto adhesive aluminized asphalt membrane manufactured with elastomeric modified asphalt MEGAFLEX, with aluminum no crack coating and central assembly, protected in its lower face, with a siliconated peeling polyethylene film. It has great flexibility and excellent waterproofing characteristics. The Aluminum NO CRACK coating is also a reflecting barrier for the UV rays, decreasing the thermal absorption and protecting the membrane against early ageing, providing higher superficial protection than the traditional aluminum foil.
No Crack Power Stick has an excellent adherence, inclusive in low temperatures and it is of easy application, as the use of gas torch is not required.

To quick and simple waterproofing of domestic application. No Crack Power Stick can be used on every kind of surface such as wood, metal, aluminum, ceramic, concrete, glass, canvas, etc
No Crack Power Stick provides higher strength to the elements, it is not damaged in low temperatures, rain, hail or facing UV rays.
No Crack Power Stick repairs and avoids leaks and it is ideal to fix the cracks on membranes (applied previously), on no passable coverings, on coverings with strong slope with galvanized or fiber cement sheet, tiles or wooden coverings. Also, on endings, in the installation of air conditioning systems (set and pipes), metallic doors and windows, covering on aerial pipes, on thermal insulation, etc.
Warnings and Precautions
- The highest height of storage will be of 1mt.
- The rolls should be kept inside their boxes, with the central tube standing up the moment to be used.
- Storing the product in interior and airing areas, protected from rain, sun rays and where the room temperature is not more than 40º C.
- They should be taken only when they are going to be used.
- Avoid damages on the surface, especially on the extremes.
- After each use, verify in the roll that the removal polyethylene is adhered to the asphalt.
- The work will not be made with rainy weather and it will not be started again until the surface is totally dry.
- Range of application temperature: 5ºC/50ºC.
- Apply preferently before12 months of the date of production.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface where the product will be applied must be clean, dry, flat, stable, even, smooth and free of all items that might damage the membrane. |
PRIMING:
Prime the surface (advised) with Asphalt MEGAFLEX Paint (solvent base) or Asphalt MEGAFLEX Emulsion (watery base). Apply the primer in an uniform way and allow to dry. Corroborate that the surface is clean and dry. |
PUSH - REMOVE FILM:
The product will be applied removing the anti adherent polyethylene film and pushing the membrane on the surface to be covered. The membrane will be superimposed 10% between layers. |
