MEGAFLEX ASPHALT EMULSION is a waterproofing plastic coating of asphalt base, creamy consistency, mineral colloid physicochemical characteristics, thixotropic, of applying in cold because of its watery base.

Recommended Uses

Impermeabilización total o parcial: techos planos, curvos o inclinados. Imprimante de sustrato para impermeabilizar con membranas asfálticas.

Method Application

The surface will be dry & clean. The asphalt emulsion can be applied with drier, spatula, little brush, brush, paint -roller or gas torch, depending on the dilution grade given to the original compound.
Apply the first coat diluted to 40% of water and a second coat of the product diluted to 10% of water. For total or partial waterproofing apply a third coat without diluting and protect with MEGAFLEX asphalt aluminized paint or MEGAFLEX waterproofing coating.

Precautions

Don't apply under rain threat or unstable weather.
The length of dry and touch dry varies according to the atmospheric agents: relative humidity, wind, temperature in the surface.
Dilute with water. Don't use kerosene or any sort of solvents.

Efficiency

It depends on the surface absorption. (as a primer aprox. 0.5 kg/m )
