The customer service concept is a fundamental value for the company.
There are two kinds of clients, the external and internal ones. The external clients are those who commercialize and use our products.
The internal clients are the different company sectors in MEGAFLEX which are compelled to bring a service of excellence to the external clients as well as to the internal ones, fulfilling timely with the deliveries (quality and deadlines).
