New GEOALUM Membrane, made with Megaflex Plastic Cement, NO CRACK Aluminum coating (flexible aluminum) and geotextile reinforcement (polyester), which increases its mechanical resistance against the different forms of stress.

GEOALUM geotextile core allows it to better respond to any kind of strain. The NO CRACK Aluminum coating extends the product’s lifespan and increases the waterproofing system safety. It also acts as a reflective barrier against ultraviolet rays, reducing heat absorption, protecting the membrane from aging and providing effective and lasting waterproofing.

The GEOALUM membrane is used for waterproofing NON-WALKABLE surfaces where the membrane is exposed to weather. It replaces the traditional textured aluminum membrane, responding more effectively to the same forms of stress. Combining the elasticity of the NO CRACK Aluminum coating and the resistance of the geotextile reinforcement, the GEOALUM membrane adapts perfectly well onto the substrate and accompanies any structural movements without compromising the waterproofing system.

It is ideal for waterproofing flat or irregular surfaces, such as corrugated metal roofs, precast concrete, cement screed, etc. Surfaces waterproofed with this product include: inaccessible flat or curved roofs, walkable roofs with poor accessibility, metal sheet or fiber cement roofs, walkable areas in general.


Flexible Aluminum

GEOALUM is a technological innovation developed by MEGAFLEX. It is made of aluminum composite, which offers a substantial improvement to aluminized asphalt membrane systems, increasing user safety compared to asphalt membranes known so far.
This innovation provides aluminized membranes new unthought-of properties, including increased mechanical resistance against stress, torsion, bending and punching, both during the installation process and over the membrane service life.
